Refund policy

Returns & Refunds
All sales final. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@shoppingturf.com with your order number and clear photos. If verified, we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they ship. Once shipped, they can't be cancelled.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
