Shipping Policy
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link by email once it ships.
Delivery times. Estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days depending on your location and the product. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during holidays or customs delays.
Shipping costs. Shown at checkout.
Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. If you don't see your tracking number, check spam or contact us.
Customs. International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes on delivery, which are the customer's responsibility.
Addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
